Loading Methods
OnceyouhavepressedOKtoloadtheselectedfile(s)orobject(s),youmustselectaloading
method.ThisdeterminesthewhetherornotexistingobjectsinthePC3LEwillbedeletedwhen
thenewobjectsareloaded.Youwillseethisdialog:
Caution:Carefullyreadthedescriptionofeachloading
methodbeforepressingoneofthesoftbuttons.
SomeoftheloadingmethodswilldeleteexistingobjectsinthePC3LE.
Thesoftbuttonscontrolthemodeforloadingandrenum beringofobjectsfromthefile.Here’s
howtheywork:
Overwrt FirstdeletesallexistinguserRAMobjectsandthenloadsobjectsusing
theobjectID
numbersstoredinthefile.
Append TrytousetheobjectIDnumbersstoredinthefilefortheobjectstobeloaded.Ifan
IDnumberisalreadyinuse,incrementtheIDnumberuntilafreeslotisfound.
Cancel Cancelthemodeselection,andgoback
tochoosingfiles.

PressingtheUTILSsoftbuttoncallsuptheUtilitiespage.UsetheUtilitiespagetocreate
directories(folders)onthecurrentUSBdevice,orusetheUtilitiespagetodelete,renameor
copyfilesonthecurrentUSBdevice.Seethesoftbuttonsbelowfortheeachavailablefunction:

NewDir Createanewdirectory(folder)inthecurrentdirectory.Directoriescreatedbythe
PC3LEcanhavenamesuptoeightcharacterslong.
Delete Deletethehighlightedfilefromthecurrentdevice.
Rename Changethenameofafile.
Copy Copyafiletoadifferentdirectory.AfterpressingCopy,youmust
selectadirectory
tocopyto,presstheOpensoftbuttontoopenthedirectorytocopyto,thenpress
theOksoftbuttontocopythefile.YoucanalsopresstheNewDirsoftbuttonto
createanewdirectorytocopyto.
Open Opensthe highlighteddi rectory.
Parent Movesyouup
onelevelinthe directoryhierarchy.Ifthedisplayisalreadyatthe
rootdirectory,thisbuttonhasnoeffect.
