ThisisbecausesomeolderRolandproductsoccasionallysendanAllNotesOffmessage
whennokeysarehelddown—evenifyou’ resustainingnoteswithapedal.Youmightfindall
yoursustainsmissingfromyoursequence,forexample,ifyou’redrivingyourPC3LEfromone
ofRoland’shardwaresequencers.
SettingthisparametertoIgnoretakescareofthisproblem.
Regardlessofthesettingforthisparameter,thePC3LEalwaysrespondstoitsownPanicbutton
byshuttingoffallactivenotesandcontrollers.

differentSysExID.ThenyoucandirectSysExmessagestothe
appropriatePC3LEwiththeSysExIDbytethat’sincludedwitheverySysExmessage.Avalueof
127specifies“OmniReceive.”Thatis,atthisvalue,aPC3LE respondstoaSysExmessage
regardlessoftheSysExIDofthemessage.
